Q: How often do items get restocked?
A: Restock frequency depends on product demand. Popular items are restocked more often, while others may be less frequent.
Q: How can I find out when an item will be restocked?
A: Sign up for our email alerts, follow us on social media, or check the product page for restock updates!
Q: Can I pre-order items during restocks?
A: We currently don’t offer pre-orders for restocked items.
Q: Are restocked items identical to the previous stock?
A: Most restocks are the same as the original, though some may have updates or improvements.
Q: The size I needed to exchange for is out of stock. Can I reserve it for the next restock?
A: Unfortunately, we can’t reserve restocks. We recommend returning your item for store credit so you can snag it when it’s back!

Of course! You can absolutely change the shipping address and gift the items to someone else.
Just a heads up: our packages don’t include invoices or return codes. If the recipient needs to make an exchange, we recommend sharing the order number and your email address with them.

After your order is picked, packed, and shipped it may take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends) after receiving tracking information for all of your delivery updates!
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Ground shipping typically takes 3–10 business days. If you don’t see any updates on your tracking by the 10th business day, reach out to us, and we’ll help!
Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address, so please double-check that all information—like APT, unit, or suite numbers—is correct at checkout.

We kindly ask that you keep an eye on your tracking!
If your tracking shows “Pending” or hasn’t been updated for more than 10 business days (excluding weekends), please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist you as soon as possible!
Orders & Payment
We accept most major methods of payment including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Amazon Pay, and PayPal. We also offer Afterpay or Shop Pay*, if you wanna split up your payments. We may require additional identification verification to process orders that don’t meet our fraud prevention standards.
Upon receipt of your order, we work hard to get it out the door, making it unlikely to cancel before it ships.
You can cancel your order within the 1st hour via your order confirmation page or through your order history on your account. This means that cancellations or changes are not guaranteed past the hour.
We’re unable to make size changes to items after an order has been placed, so please double-check your size before checking out!

If you’ve already received your order and need a different size, you’ll need to follow our return process to request an exchange or refund.
If we lower the price of an item within 1 week of your purchase, we’d be happy to match it and provide store credit for the difference!

This is typically a soft authorization charge that occurs when a transaction fails. The funds should return to your account within 4–7 hours, but in some cases, it may take up to 14 business days.
If the funds haven’t been returned after that time, we recommend reaching out to your financial institution for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes! Orders placed between November 15th and December 15th get an extra 30 days added to our return and exchange policy.
This gives you plenty of time to buy gifts early and still exchange or return them if needed. 😊
Exchanges follow the same guidelines as our Return Policy.
Please note, we do not hold items while waiting for a return. If your selected option is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund to the original form of payment.
In some cases, we may not have the product or size you’d like to exchange for. We recommend double-checking the size info and placing a new order for the correct item, then starting the return process for your original order.
If your order is shipped using a freight forwarding service, all return fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Yes, all items under the Sale tab are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
